1. Acceptance of Terms

• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process transactions that originate from illegal activity through your 888fv account.
• Engaging in collusive play or match-fixing in sports betting markets, including cricket betting events such as BPL or IPL.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during identity verification or any other KYC process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888fv platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand marks, design elements, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888fv or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that remain after the settlement of any outstanding bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
